Pure. Intentional. Rooted in Allah.
A return to the Islamic standard of wholesome, conscious, and barakah-filled living in the home, the kitchen, the wardrobe, and every choice in between.
This is Not a Wellness Page.
Wellness is a billion-dollar industry built on making you feel that your current self is not quite enough and that the right product, the right routine, the right morning ritual will finally fix that.
This is something different.
This is a return to a standard that existed long before the wellness industry did; the Islamic standard of tayyib. Something Pure. Wholesome and genuinely good. Not just for your body, but for your soul, your family, and the world Allah has entrusted to your care.
I did not arrive here because it was trendy. I arrived here following a health diagnosis, label-reading, and the slow, humbling realisation that I had been consuming without asking the most important question: Is this truly tayyib?
This page is where I share everything I have learned and am still learning about what it means to live that question every day.
Come in. Stay a while. There is a lot here for you.
EXPLORE THE PILLARS OF TAYYIB LIVING
Where would you like to begin?
The tayyib life touches every corner of how we live.
Choose the pillar that calls to you today and begin there.

THE TAYYIB KITCHEN
You are what you eat and so are your children. The kitchen is the most intimate battleground of conscious living. What goes in matters. Where it comes from matters. How it was raised, grown, and processed matters. This is where the tayyib journey is felt most immediately.

THE TAYYIB HOME
Long after your family leaves the dinner table, they are still inside your home breathing its air, sleeping in its sheets, playing on its floors. The products you clean with, the materials you choose, the things you bring in, all of it either nourishes or depletes. Choose nourishment.

TAYYIB FASHION & BEAUTY
Your skin absorbs what you put on it and your wardrobe says something about your values before you ever open your mouth. Both deserve the same tayyib standard: conscious, intentional, and rooted in the knowledge that your body is an amanah and how you adorn it is a responsibility.
