The Barakah Woman

For the Muslim woman returning to Allah

Barakah and Beyond Co

Free faith-rooted tools and resources for the Muslim who wants to live with intention, ihsan, and barakah, offered freely, fi sabilillah, always.

I believe every beautiful beginning starts with an intention.

For years, I carried this quiet yearning in my heart: how can I use what Allah has given me to benefit the ummah? Not just to create another brand or another product but something that benefits, that uplifts, that plants seeds of khayr wherever it reaches.

Let’s be honest life is noisy. The to-do lists, the endless responsibilities, the incessant notifications, the tug-of-war between dunya and akhirah. It is so easy to get swept away.

I have come to learn that the only thing truly worth chasing in this dunya is Allah’s barakah. Not wealth, not popularity, not titles or power. Those things slip through our fingers so quickly.

That is the core of Barakah & Beyond Co.

It was born, in part, from something small I once shared with the world: a free Ramadan planner.

I honestly did not expect much. I just wanted to create something meaningful and beneficial but the response surprised me. Thousands of people from across the world downloaded it, shared it in WhatsApp groups, used it, and messaged me about how it helped them stay grounded, intentional, and closer to Allah during Ramadan.

That was my wake-up call.

I realised that if Allah has given you a skill or a gift whether it is writing, designing, or teaching you do not hoard it. You use it. Not just for yourself, but to serve others and seek Allah’s pleasure.

That is when the idea of Barakah & Beyond truly began to take shape.

I wanted to create more than a one-time planner. I wanted to create a space where Muslims no matter where they are in the world have access to beautiful, thoughtful, high-quality resources that centre their faith and help them grow. A space that understands the nuances of being Muslim in today’s world and equips us with tools to rise and become our best selves, across every stage of life.

I did not want this project to feel like another add-on to your busy life. I wanted it to feel like a companion, a reminder that you do not have to walk this journey alone. That you can cultivate a life of meaning, presence, and ihsan right where you are.

Perhaps you have been here carrying the weight of wanting to be better, to do more, to feel more connected to Allah, while life keeps pulling you in every direction.

  • The heaviness of juggling worship, family, and personal growth all at once.
  • The guilt of feeling constantly busy yet not productive in what truly matters.
  • The longing for a simpler, more intentional life where faith anchors everything.

Barakah & Beyond is my answer to that longing.

It is not just a brand. It is a sadaqah project for the ummah with every resource offered purely fi sabilillah, gifted freely for personal use.

You do not have to figure it all out alone. Barakah & Beyond was created for the Muslim who wants to be present, intentional, and anchored to Allah while still showing up fully in their family, career, and community.

Why Beyond?

Because barakah is never meant to be contained.

It is not limited to the hours you grind or the goals you accomplish. When Allah places barakah in your life, it flows beyond your schedule and seeps into the way you parent, the way you earn, the way you heal, the bonds you nurture, and the way you give and show up in the world.

It overflows into every area of your life when you invite Allah into your moments.

That is the beyond. Not a destination you arrive at. A way of living you return to again and again with every intention, every bismillah, every act of worship done quietly in the ordinary moments of an ordinary day.

Barakah is not reserved for the extraordinary. It is available in the mundane when you invite Allah into it.

THE DIFFERENCE

Barakah and Beyond Co vs The Barakah Woman

You may have noticed that The Barakah Woman the main platform also offers resources and tools. Some of those are free. Some are paid.

Here is how to distinguish between the two:

Barakah & Beyond Co is the sadaqah jariyah arm. Everything here is free, unconditionally, permanently, without exception. These are the tools I believe every Muslim should have access to regardless of where they live or what they can afford. This will never change.

The Barakah Woman is the broader platform where the blog lives, where the writing lives, and where, in time, more in-depth paid tools and frameworks will be offered for those who want to go deeper. Things like comprehensive courses, detailed planning systems, and premium resources that require significant time and expertise to build.

The two are connected they share the same heart, the same intention, and the same creator but they serve different purposes.

Think of it this way: Barakah & Beyond is the open door. The Barakah Woman is the room you step into when you are ready to go further.

Both exist to bring you closer to Allah. One is simply a gift. The other is an investment in your becoming.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

إِذَا مَاتَ الإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَنْهُ عَمَلُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ إِلاَّ مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ جَارِيَةٍ أَوْ عِلْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ أَوْ وَلَدٍ صَالِحٍ يَدْعُو لَهُ

“When a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, or a righteous child who prays for them.” — Sahih Muslim

Two of those three are alive in this work.

Every resource on this page is both sadaqah jariyah and knowledge that is benefited from. Every Muslim who uses the Legacy Journal to reflect on their akhirah. Every child raised with the Tarbiyah Journal. Every Ramadan transformed by the planner.

All of it, with Allah’s mercy, continues after I am gone.

That is why it will always be free. That is why it will never be monetised. That is why I will keep building it for as long as Allah gives me the ability to do so.

There is only one thing I humbly ask of you.

I do not ask for payment. I do not ask for follows or shares, though both are always welcome and always appreciated.

May Allah place barakah in it. May He make it a means of ongoing khayr. May He allow it to benefit the ummah long after we have all left this dunya. May He accept it as sadaqah jariyah from all of us, those who built it, those who shared it, and those who used it.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ فِيهِ وَاجْعَلْهُ صَدَقَةً جَارِيَةً

O Allah, put barakah in it and make it ongoing charity.

Ameen.

Whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever you are carrying today, you are most welcome here.

You do not have to have it together to be here. You just have to be willing to take one step toward Allah. And if one of these resources helps you take that step, then this entire project will have been worth every moment that went into building it.

Welcome to Barakah & Beyond. I cannot wait to walk this journey with you.

With love and at your humble service,

Altiné
